For many weeks I searched for work
Surfing Dice-dot-com in vain
’til my agent rang with the news:
Lereta’s hiring Again!

Searching the web I found their site
And watched it download with ease.
Then re-called my agent to say
”Yes! Send my resume please!”

Two weeks later feedback arrived
The agent calling to say:
‘They want to see you very soon,
Please choose your interview day.”

Several dates were up on offer
If I could reply “tout suit”
So I picked the earliest one;
There’s competition to beat.

There would be many applicants
And some with differing skills
But confidence that comes with age
Said: ‘This job’s made for a Mills!”

Lereta clearly knew their needs
Bluffers would not make the grade.
Interview one was tough but fair
I justified claims I’d made.

A second interview that day
As Sheila was back in town,
She’s the one who wields the power
To give the Thumbs Up or Down.

A short while later came the call
A contract offered to me
So once again with boxes packed
I headed down south with glee.

The job was filled with much demand
And filtered out quite a few
But it’s offering room for growth
With opportunities new.

Challenges come most every week
My brain has no time to rest.
But that’s the way I like to work.
I realze my life has been blessed!
